  • Maintain equipment documentations/manuals
  • Must be able to lift, push or move a minimum of 60 pounds

 

Performance and Abilities

 

  • Capable of working independently and on teams
  • No written reminders in the last 6 months
  • No safety violations in the last year
  • Must successfully complete Lockout/Tagout training
  • Must successfully complete Electrical Safety training
  • Must have, or be able to obtain lift truck license
  • Able to work overtime, as needed
  • Must have and maintain good attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Technical

 

  • Ability to perform work requiring knowledge of electrical: wiring specifications, local and national electrical codes, principles of operation and application of electronic equipment as required
  • Ability to repair and maintain all Auxiliary process equipment such as: conveyors, elevators, compressors, air lines, lift trucks, batteries, building electrical, water, HVAC, tape machines, banders, glue guns, checkweighers, stretch wrappers and balers
  • Ability to upgrade controls and program PLC’s is desired
  • Ability to service manufacturing and test equipment by checking, testing and replacing faulty components
  • Ability to service and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

Safety

 

  • Insure safe working practices are followed
  • Perform Safety inspections
